Description
Our core product has been created from a mixed grain bill of malted barley, unmalted barley and oats, and has been triple distilled in copper. It’s a marriage of first-fill European Oak Port, and American Oak Bourbon cask-matured whisky. Cut to bottle strength with pure Tasmanian mountain water, and bottled in its natural state, this whisky is distinguished by its warm fruity nose; creamy-sweet and viscous mouthfeel; nutty, grassy characters, and lingering spicy finish.
