Nose: Sweet vanilla custard, banana and fresh white pears. Coffee grounds and creaming soda.
Palate: Sweet, fruity notes of honey dew and mandarin. Banana lollies, almondy marzipan and ginger snap biscuits. The mid-palate’s grassy spryness gives way to nutty, spice notes of white pepper, nutmeg and allspice. The mouthfeel is buttery and creamy.
Finish: Lingering nutty spices, oak, and creamy fudge.
Maturation: First- fill American Oak Heaven Hill ex-Bourbon- medium toast/ medium char
