Please let us know within 48 hours of receipt via the email below if a product you receive is damaged or faulty. Evidence of the damage or fault is required as part of the notification process. We will then determine if the product needs to be returned to us.
If we are unable to replace the product, we will arrange for reimbursement for the amount initially charged for the product and any shipping costs.
